What Do We Do?

We target families with expectant parents. Afterwards, we offer individualized family support to families who enter the program.

These services can include....

° Comprehensive in-home visitation

° Child development assessments

° Referrals for resources such as GED, housing, shelter, employment, counseling

° Positive parenting skills

° Parent support, education and advocacy

° Creative literacy and learning playgroups

° Provide education on goal setting techniques that promote self-empowerment

° Special activities that promote school readiness

These services can last up to five years, depending on family need.
